A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Lehmann, Kunstpassion, Platanenweg 3, 04158 Leipzig, Germany, Tel.: +49 15226375427, E-Mail: info@alessanara.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We bear the cost of returning goods that can normally be returned by post. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post (freight goods), which are estimated at a maximum of approximately 30 Euros for each such item.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not part of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.

General Notes

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the above items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
